full well the consequences. and when
I wanted to quit, I couldn't.
but realize this:
all they will do is make
you smell and hurt your body.

I smoked for years.
with the help of an electronic
cigarette, I haven't smoked
a real cigarette in 6 months.
let me tell you what I've learned:
after only a week, I realized
how awful smoking smells.
after a few weeks, I realized how
much better I could breathe.
and after taking one puff two
months in on a real cigarette, I
realized how nasty they taste.
