english 1b is not an easy class...But if you want to learn how to write all types of papers, then this is the class for you!
make sure you give yourself plenty time to complete assignments, and don't wait till the last minute to start your essays.
try reading when ever you have some extra time, keep up on your reading, its vital.
don't get frustrated, ask for help when ever your need it, your professor is very willing to help you.
print out the weekly assignments and check them off as you do them, its a great way to stay on track!
try and get weekly assignments done before the actual due date. Much less stress that way!

stick with it, its a tough class, but when you are done, you can take a break and be proud of all your hard ward
