There was a crescent moon held high in the sky. An old woman dashed across the forest holding two babies. she struggled to reach the end of the dense woods. there she would be safe. there was a faint siren in the distance. the villagers also ran franctically. but this woman had a different reason to run. The two babies were twin sisters. not just any sisters, daughters to the queen and king of dans la village montagne. the woman was very clever. she knew exactly what was happening everywhere. she knew these sisters could damage her. she kidnapped them and ran. the alarm went off signaling the sodiers to search every home in order to find the babies. this woman (le strange they called her) intended to hide these two babies... and that is exactly what she did.... One of the babies ended up in an international orphanage in norway. there were many languages being spoken there. The girl spoke them all. her name became astrid. she is the girl on the left. she cleaned and cooked all day. her only time to talk with her best friend, Francesca was at night. she was whipped when bad, and barely ate but she was happier than her sister... Reocrdi la frusta Meanwhile, her sister now named anica brown lived astrid's dream life in london, england. although it wasn't her dream life. all she did all day was sit and reply to her 'mother' and listen to her 'grandfather play piano. she loved her family dearly, but she wanted to experience the world. not just sit in her room all day and have servants wait on her. she wanted to live. Our story begins on a friday morning... Anica was just waking up... Oh anica... Yes? YEs MOTHER. i's time to go visit the queen... You need to wear your finest attire. ALTHOUGH ANICA AND HER FAKE FAMILY WERE THE RULERS OF LONDON, THEY STILL HONOURED THE MONARCHY OF ALL OF ENGLAND. anica's family also believed anica was their real daughter. even though she wasn't.... IF i had known the meeting was today, i would have been fitted for a gown! may the servants assist me mother? actually i thought i might assist you? very well. what do you have in mind? a mint dress to match your violet eyes? many people were jealous of anica's rare violet eyes. many believed it developed as a gift from the lord because of her kindness to all life. excellent choice. i'll go change. oh mother! you've outdone yourself! aren't you worried someone might steal the amazing amber stone beads? i trust you'll keep them safe on your neck. don't take them off. agreed. let's go. little did anica know wearing those beads could seal her fate... and then i said frouline! ha ha ha! the old woman dropped by every month to see if the girls were remaining normal. today she checked on astrid. little did she know it was anica she needed to watch...
