we obviously all have names here. but where, oh where did we get them? I hope that after you read this, you'll remix it with the origin of your own bitstrips pseudonym. I want this to catch on like kick the can and 25 random things etc. tancid everlost is my main character in an mmorpg called everquest. he's a wood elf rogue, whose given Name came from the combination of a tip of the hat to an old character of grondor's -- a rogue named tansy ragwort (who was named for a poisonous plant) -- and the word "rancid," since EQ rogues specialize in crafting poisons out of all kinds of nasty, yucky things. tan has since become my standard 'net persona.
