elsa, my house slave walked in with a weak smile.
Yes it was true her face would never share the
beauty mine did but I had come to love her over
the past few months she had begun to stay. Elsa
was only seventeen in human years, ran away from
home and needed money and a place to stay.
thought she could make money as a house servant
and I agreed realizing I would have to be careful
with her around.
lunch is
ready madam.
I'll be down
in a minute.
My last house servant was a young man almost a
hundred years ago now; he snuck into my room one
night to see me feeding on a young man. He had seen
too much to live...
of course
madam.
I knew I was becoming too
attached to Elsa, I almost
felt like she was a child of
mine. If the moment presented
itself though, I would not
hesitate to kill her. I had
decided that the day she came.
But I had larger problems
than my attachment to Elsa.
i had to decide whom the lucky human was to take my place.
the poor human of whom killed
my meal last night...
